You are the beautiful summer afternoon
Where the wind gently blows
And the sunlight dance with the cloud
A time to sat and watch white rabbit that ran
Making comments about the little girl that follows
And oh that angry, angry little red queen
A time to drink a proper 1420, rare as it is
Just after afternoon tea and right before dinner
And smoking that good pipe-weed
A time to raise the tent for proper celebration
Even knowing death eaters are near
Because there's always time to celebrate love
You are the calm, quiet time
A safe space after scorching midday heat
A resting phase before the night's adventure
You are the place to let the sweats dry
A place to smile and laugh after the tears
The soft grass to lie and nap and finally feel safe
Days will be short, night will be long
Yet that summer afternoon will always be there
I know now it will.
